Long awaited felt a need to write something that is not been noticed by our great leaders and govt.missionaries... about people working in the recruitment industry basically the Overseas recruitment.
There is no recruitment happening for the Past 70+ days. All the recruitment industries has come down to zero level.
Many agencies have not paid the salaries of the staff because the cash flow payment are commission and to the worst scenario because of this covid-19 the flights are not taken off that means no income no salary
Many agencies have paid 15 days salaries to the staff and inform them a balance will be paid later and still many are yet waiting for salaries.......... how is that a common person working in agencies live without the salaries when they don't have any other sources of income.
Has government thought about this??????? and has our government planning to help these people working in agencies......I don't think so,......... if its known to government.....atleast would have some kind of relief measures to the agency owners and told them to pay the salaries of the staffs working.
As many of us know that majority of agencies work basically on commission basis and the salaries to staff are paid with out any PF or any similar savings.
Present scenario is going to be estimated - there will be a huge number of unemployment as everyone is aware about the same.
This will result to cheap labours from India to abroad countries only once the government gives signal for Overseas recruitment to start,,, but when ???? until then what are the staff and the families of this kind of people working in such agencies have to do???
If this goes on for a longer time for sure news to hear- farmers committed suicide similarly the number of suicide will increase because of unemployment and lack of funds for daily requirements
Friends and readers pass on to as much as people or to even government authorities & missionary's so that such a scenario will be address to them and lots of life could be saved.
Suggestion.- Government should initiate certain pension plans for all private sectors that would help people during such critical situations.
- The government should refund minimum 10 to 20 lakhs to the owners of security deposit taken by them during the time of license as loan to pay off the staff people salary.
- The given amount to be taken back in installment basis by the same agency owners.
